The Digital Transformation team at Zoom seeks a QA Automation Engineer with expertise in AI-driven testing to enhance quality across enterprise platforms. Responsibilities include creating scalable automation frameworks, integrating AI-based testing, and supporting continuous quality via CI/CD pipelines. This role involves collaborating with Systems Analysts, Architects, and various technology teams to address business needs and improve Direct Sales and Partner programs. The ideal candidate thrives on adapting to challenges, working efficiently, and contributing to innovative solutions in a fast-evolving environment. This position requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality outcomes.

About the Team

Zoom's Information Technology team is dedicated to delivering customer happiness, enhancing business efficiency, and fostering agility through innovation, data insights, and automation. Our impact is evident in seamless user experiences, streamlining processes, and supporting Zoom's growth in communication and collaboration.

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of QA Automation / Quality Engineering experience, including enterprise platforms.

• Demonstrate extensive experience testing Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ) and billing platforms such as Zuora, CPQ, Stripe Billing, or comparable systems.

• Gain practical experience using automation frameworks for testing user interfaces, application programming interfaces, and system integrations.

• Demonstrate expertise using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or comparable technologies.

• Demonstrate programming expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python.

• Demonstrate expertise in testing and validating APIs using tools such as Postman and REST Assured.

• Possess experience with CI/CD integration using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.

• Demonstrate knowledge of AI-powered testing, advanced automation, or self-repairing frameworks.

• Work in Agile or DevOps environments alongside cross-functional teams.

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
