- Partner with Zoom Enterprise Account Executives to qualify leads, conduct needs assessments, and align resources effectively
- Deliver impactful presentations and proposals; lead client engagements including Quarterly Business Reviews
- Leverage solution-selling and value-based strategies to guide deals through the entire sales cycle
- Expand business within existing accounts and manage complex sales campaigns
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategies with internal teams, alliance partners, and channel partners
- Forecast sales performance, identify market trends, and recommend actionable solutions
- Act as a subject matter expert in Contact Center solutions and sales enablement
- 8+ years of Enterprise-level Contact Center Sales experience
- Proven ability to lead and close complex, strategic sales cycles
- Proven track record of success with large enterprise accounts
- Strong experience in sales enablement—training others on product offerings, sales tools, and go-to-market strategies
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting systems
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
- Ability to work well with a large extended team
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$174,500.00Maximum:
$389,400.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
