What You Can Expect
About the Team
Responsibilities
- Building and managing a pipeline of enterprise opportunities with organizations of 10,000+ employees through strategic prospecting and relationship development
- Partnering with IT departments, line-of-business leaders, and C-level executives to understand business needs and propose tailored Zoom solutions
- Leading complex sales cycles from discovery through contract negotiation, coordinating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive proposals
- Growing revenue within existing enterprise accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and driving adoption of additional Zoom services
- Forecasting sales performance accurately and maintaining detailed account records in Salesforce CRM to support business planning
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrate 8+ years of enterprise account executive experience selling technology solutions to large organizations
- Communicate fluently in Japanese (native or business-level proficiency) with strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Show proven ability to engage both IT departments and line-of-business stakeholders in solution design and business process improvement
- Manage complex sales cycles including pipeline development, accurate forecasting, and multi-stakeholder negotiations
- Acquire new enterprise clients while expanding revenue within existing accounts through strategic relationship management
- Use Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) effectively for sales operations
- Read and understand English content with support from translation tools to access global resources and collaborate internationally
- Lead large-scale implementation projects involving multiple departments and technical integrations (highly welcomed)

求めるご経験・スキル
- 8 年以上のエンタープライズアカウントエグゼクティブ経験を有すること(大規模組織へのテクノロジーソリューション営業経験)
- 日本語(ネイティブまたはビジネスレベル)で流暢にコミュニケーションでき、優れた文書作成およびプレゼンテーションスキルを持つこと
- IT 部門と事業部門の両方のステークホルダーと協力し、ソリューション設計とビジネスプロセス改善に取り組んだ実績を示せること
- パイプライン開発、正確な予測、複数のステークホルダーとの交渉を含む複雑な営業サイクルを管理できること
- 戦略的な関係管理を通じて、新規エンタープライズ顧客を獲得し、既存アカウント内で収益を拡大できること
- Salesforce CRM および Microsoft Office ツール(Excel、Outlook、Word、PowerPoint)を営業業務で効果的に使用できること
- 翻訳ツールのサポートを活用して英語コンテンツを読解し、グローバルリソースへのアクセスと国際的な協業ができること
- 複数部門と技術統合を伴う大規模実装プロジェクトをリードした経験(歓迎)
