What you can expect


The IT Support Specialist ensures efficient IT support for employees, enabling smooth operations and collaboration. The role involves managing IT assets, troubleshooting issues, and supporting diverse technologies. The specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement IT initiatives and maintain
documentation.

This position requires adaptability, technical expertise, and a focus on delivering excellent service. This is a Hybrid role based in Cork, Ireland and will require presence onsite.

The Employee Technology team supports Zoom employees worldwide, delivering innovative IT solutions to enhance productivity. With expertise in IT support, infrastructure, and automation, the team ensures smooth operations across diverse functions.


Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive IT support for hardware, software, networking, and collaboration tools.

  • Supporting events with collaboration technologies and ensuring seamless technical operations

  • Managing IT assets onsite, including configuration, deployment, tracking, and secure retirement.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on infrastructure and security initiatives.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within established service level agreements.

  • Maintaining and updating IT documentation, standards, and knowledge bases.

What we’re looking for

  • Demonstrate experience in IT support, end-user services, or multidisciplinary IT roles.

  • Exhibit technical knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, VPNs, and endpoint security.

  • Possess hands-on experience with AV systems, conferencing platforms, and event support

  • Understand cloud services such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, as well as SaaS platforms like Google Workspace.

  • Display knowledge of AI tools, chatbots, and AI-driven support systems

  • Exhibit excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Adapt to diverse technical needs and work effectively across multiple disciplines.
