What you can expect

Zoom is looking for a strategic Account Executive to drive digital transformation within our Mid-Market/Commercial sectors. In this role, you will act as the business leader of your territory or accounts. Moving beyond simple transactional sales to orchestrate complex, multi-product solution selling. You will balance net-new customer acquisition with strategic expansion of our install base, leveraging the full platform (UCaaS, CCaaS, CX, AI) to solve critical business challenges.

Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

What we’re looking for

  • Have proven Account Executive experience across UCaaS, CCaaS, and CX, with success in outbound prospecting, new logo acquisition, and push the status quo through tailored customer insights.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Cloud Economics, including CAPEX vs. OPEX models, and build TCO and financial impact models to justify investments to financial stakeholders.
  • Use CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipeline development, forecasting, and deal progression with precision and accountability.
  • Maintain accurate commit forecasts and mutual action plans to ensure visibility, predictability, and alignment across all opportunities.
  • Exhibit resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset while fostering collaboration, relationship-building, and effective communication across teams.
  • Show continuous learning and evolution of sales approaches to stay driven in changing markets and customer environments.

Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.
