Renewals Manager, India (Based in Mumbai or Bangalore)

What you can expect

We are looking for an experienced Renewal Manager (RM) to join our highly successful India Renewals Team. You will manage renewals from a designated Book of Business with the goal of driving high renewal rates (both In Quarter Renewal Rate & Net Revenue Retention).

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in a SaaS or Cloud company (renewals, sales or customer success)
• Have a good collaboration/relational skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of an organization
• Have an excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Be results oriented, with experience in forecasting and a demonstrable track record of quota performance
• Have an excellence in presentation skills with ability to build relevant, strategic messaging in a Customer meeting setting
• Have a self-starter mentality with an abundance of confidence, and pride themselves on having a high say/do ratio
• Have a business fluency in English
• Be highly analytical with the ability to assess partnership performance and make data-driven decisions
