What you can expect
As the Growth Operations Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our enterprise-level growth strategy to achieve multi-million dollar revenue targets. You’ll lead and mentor cross-functional teams of analysts, product managers, and marketers, driving data-informed decisions through advanced experimentation, analytics, and personalization. You’ll partner with executives to align strategies, build growth frameworks, and drive customer acquisition across new markets. About the Team
The Online Business Operations (Ops) team supports our global Online organization, driving alignment between sales strategies, business objectives, and measurable outcomes. We partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to deliver critical insights, streamline processes, and optimize business performance. Our team manages the tools, data, and reporting frameworks that power revenue forecasting, productivity analysis, and executive decision-making. We thrive in a collaborative environment where complex challenges are solved with creativity, data-driven analysis, and cross-functional partnerships.
Responsibilities
Leading enterprise-level growth strategy to drive multi-million dollar revenue targets and partner with C-suite executives on strategic initiatives and growth investments.
Building and managing cross-functional growth teams including analysts, product managers, and marketers.
Developing comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with growth objectives and business strategy.
Overseeing advanced experimentation programs and statistical modeling for growth optimization, while establishing growth frameworks, processes, and KPI dashboards for organizational alignment.
Driving customer segmentation strategies and personalization at scale across multiple channels.
Leading acquisition of new customer segments and expansion into new markets or product lines.
What we’re looking for
7+ years experience in e-commerce growth with 3+ years in senior leadership roles; MBA or advanced degree is ideal.
Have proven track record managing P&L responsibility and driving significant revenue growth.
Have advanced product management expertise, including strategic roadmap development and cross-functional team leadership.
Have extensive expertise in statistical analysis, advanced analytics, and growth modeling to drive data-informed growth strategies.
Have experience managing budgets exceeding $1M+ for paid acquisition and growth initiatives, with extensive leadership skills in building and scaling high-performing teams.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$171 800,00Maximum:
$375 900,00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
