We’re looking for a skilled Talent Sourcing Partner to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building quality pipelines, engaging passive talent, and partnering closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. You will act as both a connector and consultant—translating business needs into actionable sourcing strategies, that attract high-impact talent aligned with Zoom’s mission of delivering human connection.

experience for all Zoomies.
Responsibilities
Developing and executing sourcing strategies across multiple functions and levels to identify top talent
Partnering with Recruiters and hiring leaders to understand role requirements and translate them into effective search strategies
Using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, Boolean searches, and CRM platforms to build and manage talent pipelines
Engaging candidates with personalized outreach that reflects our employer brand and values
Tracking and leveraging sourcing metrics to improve effectiveness and inform hiring decisions
Maintaining accurate and organized candidate data in the CRM
What we’re looking for
Have 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting
Have proven sourcing expertise across multiple channels and platforms
Have a proven ability to attract and convert passive talent
Have English language proficiency in a professional setting
Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Be comfortable with ATS and CRM systems; experience with Workday or HireEZ a plus
Have a data-driven mindset with an eye for continuous improvement
Be comfortable working cross functionally with various teams to align sourcing priorities and deliver measurable results
