Zoom is hiring a Pan-EMEA Channel Account Manager to drive sales growth and build strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategies, aligning sales efforts, managing partner relationships, and creating business plans, with a focus on Communications/AI technologies. The ideal
candidate excels in business planning, partner consultancy, and surpassing sales targets, with experience in large-scale partner collaboration across functions. This role requires strategic thinking, relationship-building expertise, and a deep understanding of technology solutions to support Zoom's success in the EMEA region.
About the Team
The Zoom sales team drives success through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, expanding global presence and enhancing virtual collaboration for businesses.
Responsibilities
Developing and execute strategic go-to-market plans to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.
Monitoring sales metrics, analyse performance data, and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.
Preparing regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and presentations for executive leadership. Cultivating and maintain solid relationships with Channel Partners, Global/Regional Integrators, and key stakeholders.
Working across the EMEA region, leveraging your network to establish new business opportunities.Coordinating and motivate cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with organisational objectives.
Demonstrating deep knowledge of the full Zoom platform with specific focus on Contact Center and UCaaS solutions.
Articulating compelling value propositions and address customer pain points effectively.
Staying informed of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and customer insights. Collaborating with marketing, product management, and other internal teams.
Contributing to developing compelling sales collateral and driving product innovation and ensuring alignment across all business functions to maximise market impact.
What we’re looking for
Have studied Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
10 years of experience in sales leadership with proven track record of exceeding targets and driving business growth.
Possess understanding of contact centre/UCaaS technologies, industry trends, and customer needs.
Able to build and maintain strategic relationships with multi-regional Systems Integrators and key partners.
Demonstrate communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrate mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Possess a results-oriented approach with passion for achieving measurable outcomes.
