What you can expect

We're seeking a strategic and proactive AR Manager to join the Zoom finance team. In this fast moving environment, you'll manage a distributed team and collaborate with diverse colleagues to support our channel, government, and federal businesses. Your key duties will include managing the team's cash portfolio, collecting on delinquent accounts, and handling escalations and disputes by working with cross-functional teams. You will also be responsible for reporting on team KPIs to leadership.

About the Team

In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of AR analysts. You will partner with Sales leaders and business stakeholders to solve for customer accounts at risk due to non-payment. You will serve as the primary point of escalation for ZfG and Channel accounts, providing guidance on invoice disputes, payment plans, and reviewing credit worthiness. You will also identify opportunities to improve our current policies and systems to streamline our processes and promote efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Managing and directing the daily activities of the AR team as well as the employees located both in our shared services and the US
• Assisting in establishing credit policies in regards to credit limits and payment terms for Channel Partners, government and federal business
• Performing periodic credit reviews and monitor risk of new and existing customers
• Assisting in the design, development, and implementation of effective and efficient collection strategies, processes and workflows
• Enhancing all collection functions and processes to improve cash flow and reduce aged receivables.
• Collaborating with Sales and Renewals to resolve invoice disputes and professionally handle escalated customer communications to drive resolution and ensure customer happiness.
• Coaching and developing the team, using training, development programs, and project assignments to improve their skills. Drive improvement in Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintaining solid professional working relationships with other departments, executives and external customers

What we’re looking for

• Display at least 5 years of credit, collections, and accounts receivable experience, including 3 years of management experience
• Possess a bachelors in accounting, finance, or equivalent professional experience.
• Able to use Microsoft Office (especially Excel), G-Suite, and display project management skills
• Use of automated credit and collection applications like HighRadius or similar Able to manage accounts receivable in a technology or SaaS environment
• Able to work with channel partners in wholesale and agency models
• Display exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management and
• cross-functional teams.
• Display critical thinking and judgment skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate credit risks.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$97,600.00

Maximum:

$225,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
