Account Executive Enterprise - Poland

We are looking for an Account Executive with experience in Sales with an excellent track record of success in sales to join our team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be selling communication & collaboration products across our AI powered platform. This includes video meetings, phone, chat, whiteboard, customer experience, employee experience (Contact Center) and more. You will engage with large businesses and follow up and close on multiple sources of inbound leads. You are already an expert in the market and can bring your expertise to Zoom! You will cover Poland.
Please note this is a remote role in Poland.
What you can expect
Effectively qualify leads and identify prospect needs, engaging technical resources as required
Exceed sales and product goals as assigned by selling Zoom services into Enterprise and Major clients
Create client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP -Level Executives to address business needs
Use solution-selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to close
Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns
Upsell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships
Use Salesforce CRM to provide accurate sales activity tracking and status updates
Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities
What we’re looking for
Have experience selling to large enterprise companies
Have experience in selling SaaS, CCaaS, UCaas, platforms, and collaboration.
Have C-level executive presentation skills and solution selling approach is needed to be successful in this role.
Have clear knowledge of the enterprise partner ecosystem, distribution mechanism and contract processing.
Have acquisition experience; adept at cold-calling, running email campaigns, building pipeline consistently is essential for this role.
Be able to exhibit essential sales management skills such as business forecasting, pipeline development, and management.
Have skills in client satisfaction, success, and teamwork.
Be skilled in verbal communication and presents professionally - detail-oriented, organised, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated.
