What You’ll Do
- Own your territory — engage proactively with existing customers in your territory and inbound leads and find new opportunities to help your region grow
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close, using solution- and value-based selling techniques (e.g. MEDDPICC)
- Identify and qualify opportunities for new business, upsells, and cross-sells
- Collaborate across teams to deliver the best customer experience, including technical experts and leadership
- Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor to your clients
- Track progress and pipeline through Salesforce CRM, providing accurate forecasts and insights
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Sales (BDR, SDR, or Account Executive) within Tech, SaaS, or UCaaS
- A track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of knowledge gained through work experience
- Consultative selling skills -and ideally MEDDPICC— you ask great questions, listen deeply, and provide value-based solutions
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM
- A growth mindset — hungry to learn, adaptable, coachable and eager to grow
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- A passion for working in a diverse, international, and collaborative environments
