What we’re looking for
Experience in a channel sales role with a strong track record of driving partner success
Hunter mentality with a focus on reseller acquisition
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies for Partner programs, distribution models, and enablement initiatives
A passion for coaching and empowering partner sellers using multiple channels and tools
A solid understanding of UCaaS, full cloud business telephony and Contact Center technologies
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage confidently with partners and internal stakeholders
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate sales data and market trends into actionable growth strategies
Fluency in German is essential; English proficiency is a strong advantage
Preferably located in West- or Mid-Germany
