What you can expect
Zoom is seeking a Majors Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and expand existing enterprise relationships in the Northeast US. In this role, you will sell the full Zoom communications portfolio, including Zoom Phone, Zoom Contact Center, and collaboration solutions, helping some of the region’s largest organizations modernize the way they connect and work.

About the Team
You’ll join the Majors Northeast organization. This team is responsible for Zoom’s largest customers in the region and plays a critical role in driving revenue across the enterprise. You’ll collaborate closely with overlays, product specialists, and cross-functional partners to build and execute account strategies. The role is remote, with preference for candidates based in Boston or New York, and requires occasional travel for customer meetings and events.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new Majors accounts and expand existing relationships in the Northeast

  • Sell across Zoom’s entire portfolio, including UCaaS, Contact Center, and collaboration platforms

  • Build and execute account strategies to engage C-level decision makers and influence buying centers

  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and manage cross-functional teams to close business

  • Deliver consultative value by understanding customer needs and aligning Zoom’s solutions to business outcomes

  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy

  • Represent Zoom at in-person customer meetings, industry events, and executive briefings

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years enterprise or Majors sales experience with a track record of quota attainment

  • Strong enterprise tech or SaaS background (phones, CRMs, or related software)

  • Proven hunter mindset with ability to acquire net-new logos and expand existing accounts

  • Experience navigating complex organizational structures and multi-department buying processes

  • Strong consultative selling skills, executive presence, and ability to listen and influence

  • Based in New England (Boston or New York preferred); remote with occasional travel (~1x/month)

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience selling UCaaS, CCaaS, or adjacent SaaS solutions (Zoom, Cisco, Avaya, RingCentral, 8x8, Genesys)

  • Background in public sector (SLED) or Fortune 500 accounts a plus

  • Familiarity with managing cross-functional resources in enterprise sales cycles

  • Demonstrated success against well-established competitors in the enterprise software space

Ways of working
This role is Remote (US), with preference for candidates based in the New England region. Travel is expected about once a month for customer meetings and team collaboration.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$160.000,00

Maximum:

$326.400,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
