What you can expect

The Technical Account Management team is seeking an individual contributor to support our pooled TAM initiative in APAC. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and customer-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and deep knowledge of Zoom's products. This role is key to building strategic relationships with select enterprise customers, ensuring their success with Zoom solutions and driving long-term satisfaction and engagement.

About the Team

The Pooled TAM will play a crucial role in the success of customers in the Premier Assurance program. The program aims to provide an additional layer of support through our pooled program and have them work alongside the existing support team. The team will manage internal processes and procedures on behalf of the customer in our commitment to ensure we are exceeding all expectations.

What we’re looking for

  • Have a Bachelor’s in Engineering/Computer Science/Technology, or equivalent work experience

  • Have Excellent communication, analytical skills & problem solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems

  • Be able to articulate complex technical topics, diplomatically address customer concerns, and provide consistently high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

  • Possess experience with Video Conferencing (VC), Web Conferencing vendors, IP Telephony, SIP/ H323, and Audio/Video codecs— considered a plus.
