We are seeking a technically proficient and service-oriented AV Support Engineer to provide high-quality audiovisual support. This onsite role will support our Seattle office onsite, Denver remotely, executive and events support. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth AV system operations, supporting daily meetings, events, and offering executive-level support.

Responsibilities

  • Providing AV support and assistance to Zoomies during meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Completing daily equipment room checks.
  • Conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting of AV equipment to ensure functionality and reliability, including software updates, hardware repairs, and system optimization.
  • Responding to and resolving AV Support tickets promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with Workplace coordinators to provide support for company events, conferences, and meetings, including coordinating equipment setup, testing, and dismantling.
  • Maintaining an asset tracking program of all AV hardware.
  • Providing service and support including technical troubleshooting and operational issues relating to our Zoom Rooms and other AV related spaces.
  • Maintaining clear, concise, and positive communication for all cases in a timely and efficient manner including follow-ups with team members.
  • Providing training to other Zoomies to ensure that they have a good working knowledge of Zoom Rooms and other AV technology in our spaces.

What we’re looking for

  • Have a minimum 5 years Technical Proficiency in AV Support.
  • Be experienced with Zoom Rooms.
  • Have hands-on experience with AV hardware, including cameras, microphones, speakers, and control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, QSC).
  • Possess knowledge of AV signal flow, cabling standards, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Have familiarity with AV networking, including IP-based AV systems and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Have problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure during live events or critical meetings.
  • Possess a customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have experience with asset management tools and equipment tracking.
  • Have the ability to read and interpret AV system schematics and documentation.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$65,400.00

Maximum:

$158,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
