What you can expect

You will collaborate with account executives and Zoom channel partners to uncover CX opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and drive strategic sales execution. This role supports CX sales across Germany, engaging customers across various industries. You’ll promote adoption of Zoom’s CX portfolio—including Contact Center (CCaaS), Virtual Agent, and Workforce Engagement solutions—by aligning our offerings with real business needs. Your mission is to help organizations reimagine customer and agent experiences through AI-powered, personalized, and proactive interactions. As a passionate advocate for Zoom’s CX vision, you’ll communicate our value through innovation, operational excellence, and a clear focus on customer outcomes.

What we’re looking for

  • Be able to demonstrate a growth mindset, high emotional intelligence and resilience for working in a fast paced environment

  • Be able to present commercially compelling business value proposals

  • Be able demonstrate experience in Contact Center (PBX/Telephony) sales or solution consulting

  • Be able to demonstrate experience in Cloud Contact Center (CCaaS) sales

  • Be able to demonstrate a command of solution-selling and value-selling methodologies

  • Be able to demonstrate expertise with MEDDPICC sales framework

  • Be able to present to live audiences at industry events (e.g., conferences, executive briefings)

  • Be able to demonstrate a record of sales excellence (President’s Club, Champions Circle, or equivalent)

  • Be able to demonstrate experience using Salesforce, Clari, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo

  • Be able to travel as needed across Germany
