Responsibilities:

• Set the strategy and define priorities for development of Meetings experiences on Zoom clients with a focus on user experience and driving business impact;
• Analyze competitive offerings and industry / technology trends to inform your strategy and the strategy of the software products that Zoom builds;
• Own the roadmap for core features in Zoom Meetings, defining a vision that maximizes customer value, breaking down the vision into product releases, driving with Zoom design and engineering teams through delivery, working with marketing to cross-promote joint solutions;
• Work with customers and partners to ensure that the solutions you define can be implemented and deployed effectively; and
• Work with marketing to ensure that the benefits of your developments can be effectively communicated to the market.

What we're looking for:

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computational Science and Business, a related field, or a foreign equivalent;
• Must have 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation;
• Must have 2 years of experience in managing and delivering successful products and features;
• Must have 2 years of experience in Strategic Planning;
• Must have 2 years of experience in working with collaboration software;
• Must have 2 years of experience in Market Analysis;
• Must have 2 years of experience in Data-driven decision making; and
• Must have 2 years of experience in collaborating across teams to drive results.
• Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. No domestic or international travel required.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$172,800.00

Maximum:

$186,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
