Zoom’s Talent Acquisition Lead, EMEA will be a leader and strategist who partners with peers across the People Experience (PX) and business Leadership Teams to deliver the best and brightest talent across EMEA. In this role, you will lead regional teams of Recruiting Partners, with matrixed relationships across Talent Branding, Talent Operations and PX.

You will be responsible for empowering your team to translate the needs of the business and delivering business outcomes in line with Zooms mission and goals. You will do this by demonstrating imagination, innovation, determination, and pace.

You will have the ability to work in an agile environment, understanding the needs of different markets, and departments particularly technology, sales, marketing & product and ensuring that our talent acquisition strategy, resourcing models and approaches are poised to pivot and adapt to ensure we successfully recruit and retain top talent in the region.

In this role, you will:

  • Establish relationships with Zooms Leadership Teams.

  • Develop a Talent Acquisition Strategy in partnership with your team, the business, and the People Experience team, which is scalable and in tune with International markets.

  • Create inclusive talent acquisition strategies, focusing on Inclusion across all our roles and markets in the region.

  • Evolve structure and foundational frameworks to move Talent Acquisition to best in class.

  • Bring expertise and fresh ideas from industry, with a heightened awareness of competition & strategy

  • Participate in regional strategic discussions, bringing a talent and inclusive perspective to the table

  • Review and streamline processes and tools - embrace lean operations and drive continuous improvement

  • We hire talent regardless of location - you will need to ensure Zoom stays ahead of the curve, in a remote, distributed environment.

  • Be tech savvy such that you can contribute to our overall Talent Acquisition technology roadmap, ensuring we don't compromise on data quality, process flow and compliance

  • Build business cases for investment in tools, marketing, or resources based on a talent acquisition strategy and ROI

  • Leverage recruitment analytics to provide our business with real-time insight

  • Be consultative in continuing to evolve our global employer brand proposition in partnership with our employer brand team

  • Drive vendor management relationships

  • Lead, motivate & line manage a matrixed team to deliver against their objectives

We are looking for a leader with:

  • 10+ years in TA leadership role within a fast-paced, scaling tech environment, ideally with a global footprint

  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced organizations.

  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse team across multiple geographies

  • Demonstrated success as a true talent ambassador to the business.

  • Strategic mindset, with an ability to develop a robust recruitment strategy in an agile fast-paced environment.

  • Deep strength in stakeholder management, building positive and collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization

  • An innovator – someone who will push the boundaries and look for new imaginative strategies and approaches to ensure we reach and acquire the best talent.

  • Well-developed analytical skills, using data to drive planning, execution and decision making and the ability to bring structure and clarity to a complex landscape

  • Experience working with Workday would be an advantage.

  • A coach and a team player – someone who is a true champion of their team, who seeks out opportunities to help them develop and grow.
