岗位职责：
1.负责协同文档相关功能的测试设计与执行，包括 AI、实时协作、富文本编辑、评论、权限、同步等模块；
2.分析产品特性及风险点，制定合理的测试策略与用例，确保核心业务高可靠性；
3.参与测试流程优化和工具链建设，推动自动化覆盖与 CI/CD 流程集成；
4.与产品、开发、运维等角色密切协作，保障版本质量与上线节奏；
5.关注线上质量，参与灰度验证与问题回溯，持续提升产品稳定性与用户体验。

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，3 年以上互联网产品测试经验；
2.熟悉移动端或 Web 端测试流程，具备复杂交互类产品测试经验优先；
3.有良好的测试设计能力，能系统性思考并覆盖多用户、多端、多状态的协同场景；
4.熟悉常见测试工具与框架，具备自动化测试经验者优先（如 Python + Selenium / Appium）；
5.有接口测试、性能测试或线上质量保障相关经验者加分；
6.逻辑清晰，沟通顺畅，具备良好的问题定位与推动能力；
7.具备良好的英文读写能力，有国际化协作背景者加分；
8.有 AI、文档协同、在线编辑器、IM/协作类 SaaS 产品测试经验者加分。
