What you can expect

Zoom is seeking a SMB Account Executive in Tokyo to develop and maintain the customer in Japan. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skill and customer relationship skills. You will work with SMB business clients (Employee counts of 11 ~ 50) to provide them the right Zoom platform solutions.

About the Team

The dynamic Zoom Massmarket sales team in Japan delivers cutting-edge communication solutions to clients. They engage passionately with clients, focusing on strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach to expand Zoom's global presence. Their pivotal role ensures businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

What we’re looking for

  • Have 3+ years of Sales or Account Executive experience

  • Have business-level of Japanese to communicate with local Japanese customers

  • Have a proven record in Sales achievements

  • Possess BA/BS or equivalent experience

  • Experience with UCaaS or platform sales is a bonus point

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and other sales applications (Outreach and Zoom info) *Nice to have

求めるスキル/ご経験

  • 3年以上の営業経験

  • 日本のお客様とコミュニケーションが取れるビジネスレベルの日本語スキル

  • 現在または過去在籍企業において営業実績をお持ちの方

  • BA/BSまたは同等の経験

  • UCaaSやプラットフォーム製品の営業経験があれば尚可

  • 顧客関係管理(CRM)ツールやその他のセールスアプリケーション(OutreachやZoom info)の使用経験があれば尚可
