What you can expect
The Events Consultant will join our existing team, to help manage and support the growing demand for Online Event Support. This role will also support public and private training on all of Zoom’s services.
About the Team
This role is part of the Professional Services Organization who are responsible for the design and deployment of Zoom Phone and CX solutions. Zoom is a leading provider of video communication and collaboration solutions, dedicated to connecting people through seamless and innovative technology. Our objective is to empower individuals and organizations to achieve more through effective communication and collaboration.
What we’re looking for
Have experience with Project Management and/or Hybrid or Virtual Event Management.
Have experience troubleshooting computer hardware or software; can be Audio Visual (AV) and telephony hardware.
Have exceptional communication skills including clear and concise writing, an engaging presentation style, and group facilitation skills.
Have leadership and teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and roles.
Have experience working cross-functionally, especially with internal clients or subject matter experts
