We're hiring a Physical Security Specialist at Zoom for the Strategic Operations and Security Management team. Focusing on Physical Security Data Analysis and Project Management. This role entails overseeing the design, implementation, and deployment of the Global Security data metrics product, collaborating closely with global business units. The position involves integrating data management and fostering relationships across Zoom, ensuring ongoing support for the product. Reporting to the Global Security Operations Manager, we seek an expert with a track record of designing and implementing top-tier metrics dashboards.
About the Team
Zoom's Global Security team is dedicated to protecting Zoomies around the world. Delivering customer happiness, enhancing business efficiency, and fostering agility through innovation, data insights, and automation. Our impact is critical in support of Zoom's growth in communication and collaboration.
What we’re looking for
Experience and proficiency in creating charts and conducting data analysis, particularly using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
Possess a broad understanding of critical infrastructure protection requirements and innovative mitigation tactics and applicable regulatory requirements (Access control/Physical Security).
5-7 years of total relevant work experience in public or private sector.
Experience in operating independently and balancing priorities in an evolving environment.
Possess the ability to communicate within all levels of an organization. Including briefing executive management as well as technical and operational teams to drive moderately complex initiatives.
Possess excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
