关于业务:
在Zoom 2.0时代，我们正在从一款优秀的现象级视频会议产品，逐步升级成协同办公平台，产品横跨了视频会议、语音电话、呼叫中心、智能助手、办公文档等。Zoom Livestream 是Zoom Meeting的重要组成部分，Team同时负责各种流媒体处理，包括Simulive，RTMP，Production Studio等相关产品的开发和维护。
岗位职责：
1、负责Zoom产品的需求分析、方案设计、架构设计以及编码实现
2、深入洞察和理解业务，充分利用、改进、优化现有的架构来支持业务实现
3、协同产品经理、设计、开发、测试等人员，快速推动保障业务需求的高质量落地，提升用户体验
4、能够积极主动挖掘业务、架构中的优化点，对技术保持开放和热情，促进产品高质量高效率迭代
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业，英语听说读写流利;
2、三年及以上Linux C++后台开发经验，熟悉TCP、UDP网络编程，linux内核知识;
3、扎实的C++基础，熟悉使用STL、C++11/14/17，熟悉分布式系统、高并发系统的开发设计优化经验，有独立解决问题、主动发现优化瓶颈的能力;
4、有较强的跨团队、跨国沟通协作能力，具备良好的自驱力;
5、有数据audio/video 数据流格式开发或者处理经验
6、对所负责技术和性能有较高标准追求
加分项：
1、参与过会议，监控，流媒体处理，直播相关项目;
2、参与过开源项目、有技术博客等（附上地址）;
3、有海外工作学习经验或外企工作经验优先。
