About the Team
Zoom is looking for a key team member as a Salesforce Administrator responsible to support business solutions in our CRM system. This position will be dynamic and stimulating. We are looking for the right individual that can think on their feet and really embrace new challenges as they come along.
What we’re looking for
- Have a Bachelor's certificate in Computer Science, or similar
- Experience with SFDC Administrator (intermediate)
- Experience in SaaS technology environment
- Experience working in sales cloud, service cloud, service console, communities.
- Experience with Salesforce Triggers and APEX code
- Experience in Salesforce.com administrative tasks such as creating user profiles, roles, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, and dashboards (intermediate)
- Experience with data management and relational database design and familiarity with data formats, table joins, and ETL
