What you can expect
Zoom is seeking a Small Business Account Executive in Tokyo to develop and maintain the customer in Japan. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skill and customer relationship skills. You will work with Small business clients (Employee counts of 1~50) to provide them with the right Zoom platform solutions.
About the team
The Zoom sales team in Tokyo is crucial to the company's success, delivering collaboration solutions globally. They prioritize strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach to expand Zoom's global presence. Candidates based in Tokyo are sought to report to the team manager in Japan.
Requirements
1+ years of Account Executive or outbound sales Experience to upsell/cross-sell
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and other sales applications (Outreach and Zoom info)
Have a proven record in Sales achievement
Possess BA/BS or equivalent experience
Experience with UCaaS or platform sales is a bonus point
Have business-level of Japanese to communicate with local Japanese customers (English: Have a high motivation to use English in daily even with translation tools)

ZoomのAccount Executive Teamは、コミュニケーションをグローバルに提供するZoomに欠かせない存在です。Zoomのグローバル全体での事業拡大に貢献するために、戦略的パートナーシップと顧客中心のアプローチを優先しています。今回は東京勤務ができる方を募集しており、レポートラインは日本にいるチームマネージャーです。
求めるスキル/ご経験
1年以上のアカウントエグゼクティブ(営業)またはアウトバウンド営業経験
顧客関係管理(CRM)ツールやその他のセールスアプリケーション(OutreachやZoom info)の使用経験
現在または過去在籍企業において営業実績をお持ちの方
BA/BSまたは同等の経験
UCaaSやプラットフォーム製品の営業経験があれば尚可
日本のお客様とコミュニケーションが取れるビジネスレベルの日本語スキル (英語: 翻訳ツールを使うなどしながらでも、日常的に英語を使うことに抵抗のない方)
