Digital Analytics Implementation Engineer

Zoom is seeking a Digital Analytics Implementation Analyst to work with engineering, marketing, and product teams on data layer implementation projects. This role will ensure alignment with our global data collection strategy.

About the Team

This role is part of the Digital Analytics team that supports Zoom's digital properties to drive growth. This candidate will develop and implement measurement plans and tagging strategies for our B2B and B2C functions, collaborating with internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include defining and improving processes and supporting operational needs to execute our strategy. We seek a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills who can think both strategically and tactically. A passion for learning, innovation, and collaboration in a high-growth environment is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Partnering with stakeholders across the organization to define reporting needs and KPI's, tagging recommendations, tracking specifications, and tag manager implementation

• Participating in site re-designs and enhancements by identifying new tagging strategies and ensuring tagging and data structure align with overall strategy.

• Directing involvement with developing and implementing measurement plans and tagging strategies, as well as the ability to QA web-based analytics implementations.

• Communicating and breaking down highly complex data problems into simple, feasible solutions.

• Supporting analytics platform migration projects and platform configuration.

• Partnering with Legal and Compliance to ensure our data collection meets our company's high privacy standards.

• Partnering with Digital Acquisition on implementing and optimizing pixels across the site.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience using analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics

• 5+ years of experience using a tag management solution such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium

• Experience with digital analytics platform migrations such as from GA360 to GA4

• Direct involvement with developing and implementing measurement plans and tagging strategies, as well as the ability to QA analytics implementations.

• Experience developing solutions with tag management systems

• Experience writing Javascript within Google Tag Manager (or any TMS) is advantageous.

• Experience with Server Side tracking is a bonus

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$76,800.00

Maximum:

$186,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
