Wonach wir suchen

  • Verfügen Sie über umfangreiche DACH-Vertriebs- und Führungserfahrung aus über zwei Jahrzehnten

  • Seien Sie ein Selbststarter mit Erfahrung in der Skalierung eines Unternehmens und dem Verkauf von B2B-Lösungen in einem schnell wachsenden Umfeld

  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift fließend als Muttersprache beherrschen

  • Zeigen Sie eine Erfolgsbilanz erfolgreicher Vertriebserfahrung und stellen Sie Ihr Fachwissen in den Bereichen Netzwerke, Pipeline-Entwicklung, Verhandlungen und den effektiven Abschluss von Lösungsverkäufen unter Beweis

  • In der Lage sein, ein Team von Vertriebsleitern zu leiten, um sicherzustellen, dass die Umsatzziele übertroffen und die Chancen maximiert werden

What you can expect

Reporting to the Head of EMEA, the Head of DACH will provide executive-level strategic, operational, and tactical leadership to the DACH sales team.
Zoom is recruiting this strategic sales leadership position to grow our DACH Sales team to take our DACH Business to the next stage of growth. You will further develop the go-to-market strategy and promote the future vision for the DACH growth plan to scale our business to the next level.

About the Team

The Zoom DACH sales team is a dedicated group of professionals focused on growing Zoom's presence in the DACH markets. Combining sales expertise with local market knowledge, our team delivers exceptional service and solutions to clients. We value collaboration, innovation, and strong customer relationships, driving Zoom's success and growth in Germany.

What we’re looking for

  • Possess extensive DACH Sales and Leadership experience spanning over two decades

  • Be a self-starter with experience scaling a business and selling B2B solutions in a fast-growing environment

  • Be fluent to a native speaker standard in written and spoken German

  • Demonstrate a track record of successful sales experience, showcasing expertise in networking, pipeline development, negotiation, and effectively closing solution sales

  • Be able to lead a team of Sales Managers to ensure revenue goals are exceeded and opportunities maximized

  • Be capable of developing high-value relationships at the executive level with important customers and prospects

  • Have a deep affinity to sales, Contact Center, and UCaaS technologies

  • Be experienced in growing, inspiring, and developing sales teams to success
