岗位职责：

负责开发维护Android Team Chat Client，开发可高度复用、易维护、易扩展的代码。 负责与PM/Designer沟通需求，评估技术可行性，能从用户角度提出意见和建议，并负责实现，以满足产品和业务需求。 负责分析和解决产品中的问题，能快速进行响应并解决问题。 负责对现有产品进行优化，提升用户体验。 与Meeting Chat Team紧密合作，提供高质量的代码，保证Meeting Chat Team能快速的实现业务需求。 负责的模块实现自动化测试覆盖，保证产品高质量。 持续跟踪和学习新技术，根据业务需求评估和引入新技术。

岗位要求：

本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上 Android 开发经验。 精通Java、Kotlin开发语言，熟悉系统Framework及常用的开发框架、工具等。 熟悉JNI、C、C++开发，并有相关的开发经验。 扎实的数据结构和算法基础，精通多线程开发，有独立的架构设计能力。 熟悉客户端内存管理、线程管理及crash分析。 对Android性能优化、内存优化、代码安全及自动化测试有深刻的认识。 熟练使用常用的性能优化工具。 对产品有强烈的责任心，具有较强逻辑思维能力、问题解决能力、表达能力及良好的团队合作精神。 熟悉常用的项目管理工具和版本控制工具，如 Git、JIRA 等。 具有较强的学习能力和创新能力，对新技术和新领域充满好奇心，乐于分享，团队共同进步。
