What you can expect

As a Services Sales Account Executive at Workvivo, you'll be responsible for driving growth in Services revenue associated with the Workvivo Platform. A successful candidate will understand the importance of building strategic partnerships with the Account Executives to present the value of Professional Services to our customers. This candidate will be highly engaged, capable of learning, and be comfortable presenting and discussing our Services to all levels of a customer’s organization.

Responsibilities

Being able to present the value of Workvivo Professional Services across the Zoom Platform. This includes new customer implementation and additional expert services.

Building, tracking, maintaining and forecasting an opportunity pipeline using Salesforce

Conducting discovery sessions with Zoom/ Workvivo Account Executives and/or the client directly to determine the best PSO solution that fits their needs

Achieving and exceeding sales quotas

Creating implementation pricing and Statement of Work (SOW) based on discovery sessions

Engaging proactively with the Account Executives within your region on current and future opportunities

Being an ally and advocate for our customer experience team, ensuring all bookings adhere to their guidelines and expectations.

What we’re looking for

Have experience in a SaaS sales environment, consulting, customer relationship or customer success roles

Have experience selling or working within a Professional Services environment

Have excellent communication skills

Have a demonstrated, proven track record of driving for results

Be proficient in the use of Salesforce, Docusign and other sales systems

Be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated

Be passionate about relationships and the customer experience

Be a skilled negotiator and objection handler

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$128,600.00

Maximum:

$257,300.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
