岗位职责：
1.负责公司产品的开发和维护，使用 Golang 构建高效、稳定、安全的系统。
2.参与系统架构设计，优化现有服务的性能和可扩展性。
3.与团队协作，按照敏捷开发流程进行软件开发。
4.编写高质量的代码，并进行单元测试和集成测试。
5.熟悉 Docker 和 Kubernetes，负责容器化部署和持续集成/持续部署(CI/CD)流程。
6.对 Linux 操作系统有深入理解，能够进行系统级别的故障排查和性能调优。
7.掌握网络技术，能够处理网络编程和网络安全相关问题。
任职要求：
1.计算机科学或相关领域的本科学历，至少3年以上使用 Golang 进行后端开发的经验。
2.熟悉微服务架构和云原生技术，有 Docker 和 Kubernetes 的实际使用经验。
3.对 Linux 操作系统有熟练的掌握能力，包括系统管理、性能调优和故障排查。
4.熟悉 TCP/IP 协议栈，有网络编程经验。
5.具备良好的算法和数据结构知识。
6.具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。
7.具备良好的英语读写能力，能够阅读英文技术文档。
