岗位职责：

1. 参与需求分析，通过用户行为研究和数据分析挖掘用户需求，与产品团队以及研发部门共同商讨解决方案并独立完成产品交互及UI设计，帮助用户真正解决痛点，提升产品体验；

2. 与研发部门紧密合作，推进并把控设计实现和落地品质；

3. 主动追踪产品落地反馈，持续优化产品；

4. 主导制定产品设计规范，并持续优化；

5. 在设计部门内部和不同设计师紧密合作，如设计系统、文案设计、用研设计，产出统一有效的结果。

任职要求：

1.本科或以上学历，3年以上的User-Centered设计经验，6.熟练掌握设计工具；

2.Zoom保持着的产品开发快节奏，您需要通过设计快速交流想法，并与利益相关者和跨团队合作，构建在平台中直观工作的产品；

3.主导过复杂项目的设计，对Web的用户体验设计流程和方法有着丰富的经验，同时熟悉PC/Web/移动端设计规范并灵活运用，有丰富的用户研究和实践经验;

4.逻辑思维严谨、清晰，理解能力强，善于沟通表达，有设计驱动意识，主动完善产品体验；5.强大的执行能力，同时平衡用户需要和业务目标，从0到1完善产品形态；
