What you can expect

As a Solution Engineer at Zoom, you will report to the SE Manager in Japan and advocate for customers. Your responsibilities include providing product development recommendations, supporting the Channel Account manager, and translating technical requirements. You will test customer environments and promote Zoom's architectural advantages to drive customer demand, contributing to customer happiness and the success of Zoom's Communication platform.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of technical experience in Collaboration technologies/a customer facing technical role

  • Have Knowledge of Zoom platform (Chat, Meetings, Video, Phone, Marketplace/API)

  • Have Voice & Network knowledge, SaaS experience is nice to have

  • Have Business Level Japanese/English (English: nice to have)

  • Have strong business acumen and executive presence, able to position Zoom Communication platform end-to-end

  • Have to experience to work cohesively with customers, Zoom Account Team, and Zoom Partners

  • Have Bachelor of Science (BS) / Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent

  • Zoomプラットフォーム(チャット、ミーティング、ビデオ、電話、マーケットプレイス/API)の知識をお持ちの方

  • 理学士(BS)/工学学士(BE)または同等の学歴をお持ちの方


  • パートナー様とのソリューション構築経験

  • 音声とネットワークの知識、SaaSの経験、API業務使用、提案経験、クラウドPBXの提案/運用経験
