What you can expect​

As a Trust and Safety Analyst, your purpose is to safeguard the online community by proactively identifying and mitigating risks to user safety and trust. You will analyse user behaviour, investigate reports of policy violations, and enforce policies through appropriate actions. Your insights and recommendations will contribute to the development of effective policies and tools that promote a safe and trustworthy environment for all users.

About the Team

We support the success of Zoom drafting and negotiating all contract terms for customer transactions used for the sales of our services to ensure we meet our revenue goals while balancing risk, and we support internal business teams in all purchasing transactions to advance key company initiatives, strategic objectives, and procurement needs.

What we’re looking for

• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude towards customers and team-members.​
• Have knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to trust and safety.
• Be able to analyze and interpret large sets of data to identify patterns and trends.
• Be able to work both independently and collaborate with others.
