Business Systems Analyst
This role places a significant focus on managing our CMS system and processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment characterized by ongoing change. The ideal candidate should be exceptionally adaptable, proficient in handling processes and technical systems, skilled at expectation management, capable of setting and adapting priorities as required, well-versed in the SaaS reporting landscape, and knowledgeable about data sources.
Collaborate closely with the core Seismic strategy team to provide valuable input on system strategy and management
Develop and document processes to ensure consistent use of the CMS
Maintain up-to-date documentation to improve both the experience and the efficiency of our go-to-market revenue teams
Refine and document escalation process for internal support across teams, working closely with our IT and Enterprise Systems teams
Manage users and user provisioning providing assistance with access issues
Troubleshoot CMS issues and offer end-user support
Recognize business and technical challenges and compose concise and simplified documentation of business requirements
Proactively plan and prioritize opportunities/enhancements for operational efficiency and system improvements
Manage opportunities/enhancements through testing and launch of system capability
Collaborate cross functionally as the subject matter expert where the CMS system is concerned
Provide concise updates, communications and presentation regarding system enhancements, project and status updates to stakeholders, revenue and cross-functional teams as required
3+ years of experience with system administration either managing a CMS directly or as part of a team
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related field or equivalent work experience
Experience with the technical implementation and/or management of Seismic
Experience with content management and knowledge of best practices
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to communicate ideas in a clear, confident, and diplomatic manner
Experience working in a fast paced SaaS or technology company
Capable of seamless cross-functional collaboration across various organizational levels
Comfortable being on camera, and working with a virtual and remote team through Zoom and GSuite (Gmail, Google Drive, etc.)
Basic understanding of Application Programming Interface (API) a plus
Experience with UX/UI a plus

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
