What you can expect:

In this role, you will work with small business clients (employee count of 1 to 50). Working in a defined geographic territory, you will provide them with the right Zoom services to meet their needs. This involves engaging with new and existing customers, developing and maintaining business, while also closing on various sources of inbound leads. You will need the right energy, personal drive, natural curiosity, with a track record of success in sales.

The Zoom sales team is a dynamic force driving the company's success. With a focus on delivering cuttingedge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration. We are seeking candidates based in Amsterdam, who will spend a minimum of two days in the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Reaching out to new and existing customers, creating upsell/cross-sell opportunities in your market, engaging in outbound calling.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales and product objectives. Creating client demos/presentations, and quotes/proposals.
  • Qualifying leads and identifying prospect needs, engaging technical resources as required.
  • Conducting high-level conversations with C-Level and VP Level executives to address business needs.
  • Using Salesforce CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates.
  • Working strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in an Account Executive position in in a technology company. SaaS video or web conferencing solutions selling experience is a bonus.
  • Have fluent/native French and English at min. C1 level.
  • Experience with outbound sales to upsell/cross-sell.
  • Have verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen.
  • Experience reaching sales targets, forecasting accuracy and client satisfaction.
  • Be empathic, curious by nature, organised, responsible, and self-motivated.
  • Be open to learning new things and have a willingness to grow.
