What you can expect

You will be deploying and operating full-stack, middleware and other cloud-native applications for Zoom’s IT organization. You will design and maintain scalable, reliable and highly available cloud infrastructure. You will implement best practices for CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code(IaC), logging, monitoring, and automation.

About the Team

Zoom's Information Technology team is dedicated to delivering customer happiness, enhancing business efficiency, and fostering agility through innovation, data insights, and automation. Our impact is evident in seamless user experiences, streamlining processes, and supporting Zoom's growth in communication and collaboration.

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or DevOps Engineer role
• Experience with AWS Cloud including different compute services (EC2, ECS, EKS, etc)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools (e.g. Terraform, cloudformation etc)
• Experience in load balancing, proxy servers, setting up virtual private cloud, DNS, public and private networks
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and logging and monitoring tools.
• Able to participate in incident management sessions and take care of application releases/deployment activities
• Experience in scaling and maintaining relational and NoSQL databases including partitioning, sharding, etc
