You will manage operations and drive improvements of our critical corporate IT and R&D Labs infrastructure. You will be part of merging operational infrastructure with the bleeding-edge technology of “tomorrow’s” lifestyle. You will have exposure to AI/ML support and unified communications.

About the Team

Zoom's Information Technology team is dedicated to delivering customer happiness, enhancing business efficiency, and fostering agility through innovation, data insights, and automation. Our impact is evident in seamless user experiences, streamlining processes, and supporting Zoom's growth in communication and collaboration.

What we’re looking for

• Have 5 years or more of system administration experience in managing Linux infrastructure in companies with more than 2,000 users.
• Experience in Linux: Ubuntu (must-have), Redhat, CentOS, Debian, etc.
• Experience with VMware and SAN management and concepts.
• Experience in Shell scripting, Perl, and/or Python scripting.
• Experience in protocols such as DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, LDAP, SMTP, and SNMP.
• Experience in AI/ML server configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience in d managing DNS, DHCP, and related services on a company scale.
