Job requirement

• Prepare and record journals in a good manner.
• Perform an accurate monthly, quarterly, and annually financial close under local and group GAAP. Prepare monthly accounts reconciliations and accounting documents in compliance with company policies and procedures as well as general accepted accounting principles.
• Perform accurate and timely monthly tax filing.
• Drive annual tax filing and TP filing process for all China entities.
• Able to identify and drive for the solution on tax risk on entity or China wide level.
• Able to work with tax bureau for any project or onsite investigation and keep good relationship.
• Closely working with business for finance analysis, identifying risk and opportunity, business decision making etc.
• Partner with cross functional business partners to implement best practices, automation, and continuous process improvements.
• Perform contract review from finance and tax perspective.
• Assist with external audits and special ad hoc projects as needed.
• Anything required from management.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, Accounting Intermediate certificate is a must, CTA is preferred
• Above eight years accounting and tax relevant experience is required. Experience in internet or high technology is a must. Internet technology research and development center is a plus.
• Familiar with Transfer pricing practice, any experience on APA project is a plus.
• Familiar with US GAAP, PRC GAAP and tax regulations
• Experience with Oracle, Anaplan is preferred
• Work with Honest and positive attitude; Good communication and team working
• Fluent in English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, can work with foreigners.
