What you can expect

This individual serves as an advocate for customers. They translate technical needs into product recommendations, test customer environments, and drive demands within Zoom. They articulate Zoom's architectural advantages to our customers and support the Account Executive in proposing and designing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in telephony, video, and applications sales.

With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years of technical experience in Collaboration technologies

• 5 years experience in the telephony and software applications industry

• Be able to clearly present topics to different audiences in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

• Experience working with resellers and partners in Indonesia

• Experience enabling resellers and partners through trainings, webinars, and trade shows both in person and virtually
