Your Role:

• Own and drive the product architecture that delivers on scale, high availability, real-time performance, regional compliance, velocity of deployment for Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center.

• Drive product components that seamlessly expands Zoom platform into customer premises for customers and partners who need a degree of local control for compliance and high availability.

• You will be the subject matter expert and thought leader on modern customer network & infrastructure practices and needs, and lead the evolution of Zoom platform architecture as a competitive advantage.

Basic Qualification:

• 12+ Years building scalable services for large scale SaaS companies.

• Strong expertise in building infrastructure that manages real-time media traffic.

• Experience with complex corporate IT infrastructure, network and security products and solutions.

• Ability to break down complexity into detailed requirements and flows, with balanced approach towards building the long term foundation with a series of near-term benefits.

• Collaboration & cross functional leadership skills in bringing together a diverse team in delivering industry leading platform architecture solution.

• Ability to work with technology vendors and partners, in bringing advanced technologies in a shorter time to market.

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience).

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$157,900.00

Maximum:

$292,100.0002/01/24

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
