岗位职责：
1.根据场景负责构建相关的统计或机器学习模型；

2.深入了解各业务的当前运维痛点，基于模型发现和预测运维事故；

3.对较难处理的大数据场景（弱显著、弱观测等场景）作出进阶的统计数据分析或机器学习处理，提供有效的分析结论；

4.跟踪、研究及转化机器学习/深度学习前沿技术。

任职要求：
1.本科或以上学历，数学、计算机、通信等相关专业，3年及以上工作经验；

2.精通常见的机器学习理论和算法，比如LR、RF、GBDT、XGboost等，能根据业务场景快速将模型落地、部署和监控；

3.有较强的算法分析和实现能力；

4.精通统计学相关知识，对数据敏感，具有良好的逻辑思维能力、分析总结能力；

5.有自我驱动力，挑战难题的热情和韧性，具有良好的团队沟通和协作能力。

加分项：
1.熟练掌握Hadoop、Spark、Flink等大数据技术优先；

2.在时间序列建模、弱观测、数据不平衡、冷启动等领域有相关分析研究或工作经验者优先；

3.了解深度学习理论，精通深度学习框架，有深度学习实际项目部署和应用经验优先。
