岗位职责：

1.本地化测试和质量保证：

以多种语言对软件进行全面的功能和语言测试，主要是日语。

分类和管理本地化错误，确保及时修复。

与语言供应商一起监督本地化质量审校项目，确保在预算范围内及时交付。

为多语言审校提供详细的范围和文档，以有效地测试我们的产品。

使用相关屏幕截图和上下文信息填充和维护产品字符串数据库。

2.文化和市场洞察：

深入了解日本文化的细微差别和用户期望，助力打造具有文化相关性且有吸引力的产品UI及功能。

3.策略和流程改进：

协助制定和完善整体本地化策略。

建立并监控本地化的关键质量指标。

根据用户反馈和行业趋势不断更新和改进本地化流程。

制定培训材料和指南，以确保本地化工作的一致性和质量。

管理和优化本地化工具和软件，以便在整个团队中高效使用。

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，翻译、语言学、传播学或相关专业。

2.3-5年软件本地化经验，同时具备QA测试经验者优先。

3.日语N1，CATTI日语二级笔译或口译证书，大学英语6级。 母语为日语或有日本留学、工作经验者优先。

4.熟练使用Office、熟练使用Trados、Xbench等本地化软件和工具、错误跟踪系统，具备基本编程知识。

5.优秀的书面和口头沟通能力，较强的分析和解决问题的能力。

6.高度关注细节和准确性，较强的团队协作能力。
