我们正在寻找一位优秀的本地化质量保证工程师加入我们的本地化团队,主要职责是保证我们的产品本地化始终保持最高的语言和功能质量标准。我们团队的多语言学习氛围浓厚,期待您的加入,共同参与国际化协作,实现自我提升,确保Zoom产品和服务的成功。您的努力将提高客户满意度和幸福感。

岗位职责:

1.本地化测试和质量保证:

以多种语言对软件进行全面的功能和语言测试,主要是日语。

分类和管理本地化错误,确保及时修复。

与语言供应商一起监督本地化质量审校项目,确保在预算范围内及时交付。

为多语言审校提供详细的范围和文档,以有效地测试我们的产品。

使用相关屏幕截图和上下文信息填充和维护产品字符串数据库。

2.文化和市场洞察:

深入了解日本文化的细微差别和用户期望,助力打造具有文化相关性且有吸引力的产品UI及功能。

3.策略和流程改进:

协助制定和完善整体本地化策略。

建立并监控本地化的关键质量指标。

根据用户反馈和行业趋势不断更新和改进本地化流程。

制定培训材料和指南,以确保本地化工作的一致性和质量。

管理和优化本地化工具和软件,以便在整个团队中高效使用。

任职要求:

1.本科及以上学历,翻译、语言学、传播学或相关专业。

2.3-5年软件本地化经验,同时具备QA测试经验者优先。

3.日语N1,CATTI日语二级笔译或口译证书,大学英语6级。 母语为日语或有日本留学、工作经验者优先。

4.熟练使用Office、熟练使用Trados、Xbench等本地化软件和工具、错误跟踪系统,具备基本编程知识。

5.优秀的书面和口头沟通能力,较强的分析和解决问题的能力。

6.高度关注细节和准确性,较强的团队协作能力。
