Zoom is looking for a Majors Sales Associate to support our Healthcare team in generating new business sales revenue within the Majors account base. This will be achieved through effective territory planning, using business development techniques and sales activities within an assigned territory, and collaboration with cross-functional partners. Majors Sales Associates showcase the ability to focus on understanding a prospect organization’s initiatives, challenges, pain points and how Zoom solutions provide outcomes that align to those business initiatives.

As a member of the Zoom Healthcare team, you will promote the vision of Zoom serving as the communications engine that drives digital health. You will have the opportunity to define collaboration needs serving patients, members, employees and communities. You will advocate the innovative power of our platform to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile. Your opportunity is to improve engagements across the care continuum by doing what’s right for their business, to meet them where they are in their cloud journey and to provide them with the best solutions for innovation.

About the Role

  • Run sales from start to finish where the average sales cycle is 3-6 months.

  • Partner with Healthcare Majors Account Executives, BDRs, and product specialists to meet or exceed quarterly, bi-annual and annual sales objectives.

  • Build business relationships to increase customer adoption

  • Manage a territory in partnership with Majors Account Executives

  • Grow existing accounts and hunt new logos

  • Work with support teams to achieve success including systems engineers, solution architects and field leadership

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a sales or sales support role

  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Account Management experience in a SaaS company

  • Experience with multiple routes to market: reseller, referral/agency, direct

  • Experience driving full sales cycles in highly complex & large accounts.

  • Experience selling into the Healthcare industry

  • Experience with UCaaS or platform sales

  • Direct Cloud PBX Product selling experience

  • Experience conducting client demos/presentations

  • Salesforce (CRM) experience

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:





In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
