As our first Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you're the linchpin of our marketing operations, acting as the COO of the marketing team. You'll integrate all our efforts, steer the team toward scalability, and ensure high-performance. This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires a strong blend of technical skills, project management capabilities, and marketing acumen.

Reporting directly into our Revenue Operations team, this is a highly cross-functional role that partners closely with marketing leaders to ensure that smart strategies are set, initiatives are rigorously prioritized, concrete plans are developed, and that our teams are organized to succeed. This role is integral in driving operational excellence in our marketing organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Define the Marketing Operations vision and strategy that enables intelligent decisions through precise analysis.

  • Partner with leadership to set marketing’s annual strategic growth plan globally, articulating marketing’s most critical priorities, and corresponding investment.

  • Own the marketing operations roadmap, ensuring marketing technology is evaluated, selected, implemented, and customized to meet the needs of the marketing department.

  • Manage and develop the company’s attribution model and work with sales to drive seamless sales handoff.

  • Continually work to simplify systems, workflows and processes.

  • Lead, develop and manage the key performance indicators for marketing operations including email performance and campaign performance.

  • Own reporting and communication of marketing impact, while building a clear understanding of demand gen goals, success metrics and impact across the organization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer success, and finance, to align marketing operations with overall business goals and objectives.


Desired skills:

  • 8+ years of relevant marketing operations experience with solid understanding of SaaS business models.

  • Strong technical fluency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Anaplan, PowerBI or Tableau).

  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, segmentation, and reporting.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

  • Certifications in marketing automation platforms or other relevant technologies are a plus.
