As a DevOps Manager, you'll lead a team of software engineers and be responsible for products globally, providing technical leadership to key projects and empowering and developing teams to do the same.

Own end-to-end availability and performance of infrastructure platform and build automation to prevent problem recurrence
Lead by example, mentor the team, and establish credibility through quality technical execution.
Manage on-call rotations across continents, using a follow-the-sun model.
Design, write, and deliver software to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of systems
Focuses on optimizing existing systems, building infrastructure, and eliminating work through automation.
Focuses on cost optimization.
Experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
Infrastructure as a code - Terraform, CloudFormation, etc
Microservice architecture & orchestration - Kubernetes / K8S / ECS
Access Control Policy / RBAC
Excellent communication skills and a sense of ownership, with a systematic problem-solving approach.
Python / Go (Golang) / C++ / Java/
Bash or shell scripting
Experience with any cloud vendors like AWS, GCP, OCI, Azure, private cloud etc.
Prior experience working on cloud and system administration is an added advantage.
Experience with Source Code Management tools (Git, Gitlab) and an understanding of branching and integration processes.
