• 平衡设计创新、纵向研究和短期客户承诺
• 与各个合作伙伴团队密切合作，实施内容策略、研究、设计系统、附加产品和计划等举措。
关于你：
基本资格：
• 拥有 8 年以上以用户为中心的设计经验，尤其是在视觉效果出色的产品和/或企业软件方面拥有超过 8 年的经验。
• 展示数据驱动的决策能力
• 在多学科业务中建立跨职能合作伙伴关系和信任的技能
• 交互式 UX/UI 设计和方法的专业知识
• 了解生产工作流程和时间表
• 熟练使用Figma（我们的主要工具）
• 微动画或微交互工具专业知识的奖励
• 愿意失败并学习
• 良好的沟通和时间管理能力
• 相关学科学士学位或更高学位
