Zoom Contact Center Sales Specialist - BPO
Zoom is looking for a seasoned Business Development professional to sell our Zoom Customer Experience (ZCX) Portfolio. Your primary focus will be establishing and managing strategic partnerships with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners, who are active specifically in Customer Experience, including Contact Center outsourcing within the Africa region. Your role will involve driving ZCX revenue growth and awareness through the development and execution of joint go-to-market strategies and initiatives. You will be responsible for creating and nurturing relationships with BPO’s to enhance Zoom's customer experience offerings and expand market reach.

You're a highly motivated Business Development professional who is passionate about contributing to an innovative technology company and working with BPO’s and System Integrators. You have the experience to own the development of partner relationships by establishing trust and credibility, using influence and business acumen. You understand and have experience with UCaaS and CCaaS-based technology in order to set a vision for innovative customer experience solutions with BPO partners, helping their customers reach the next level of their business. You are a curious and continuous learner who uses a consultative approach to build positive relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally.
About the Role
Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with leading BPO’s specializing in Customer Experience and Contact Center solutions.
Solution Development: Work closely with BPO’s to co-create and enhance customer experience solutions leveraging Zoom's platform. Identify areas of integration and develop joint offerings to address customer needs effectively.
Joint Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with BPO’s to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This includes creating joint value propositions, sales enablement materials, and marketing campaigns.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within BPO’s, including executive leadership, sales teams, and solution architects. Foster collaboration and teamwork to achieve mutual business objectives.
Revenue Generation: Drive initial revenue growth through BPO-led sales engagements. Collaborate with Zoom, Zoom channel and BPO and sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, support deal negotiations, and achieve sales targets.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to Customer Experience solutions. Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams for product enhancements or new market opportunities.
Basic Skill Requirements
5+ years selling technology to BPO’s, System Integrators with a new business focus
Sales focused mindset, goal driven.
Proven experience in new business development, strategic partnerships, or alliance management, preferably in the technology or contact centre software industry.
Strong understanding of Customer Experience and/or Contact Center solutions and the role of BPO’s in the market.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at various levels.
Experience leading others with product/services training; demo and sales guides; learning and training materials
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through partner-led initiatives and achieve sales targets.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential partnership opportunities.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Willingness to travel to meet with partners and attend industry events.
Preferred Skill Requirements
8+ years selling Contact Center technology to channel partners and/or BPO’s
Past experience working for a large system integrator and serving clients
Channel SaaS/Cloud/Platform selling experience
Multilingual is a plus
Salesforce CRM experience, as well as Dynamics, Zoom Info, Discover Org
