About this opportunity:
As the Head of Demand Generation with Workvivo, you will be the quarterback of the entire company pipeline number and be responsible for helping us grow faster. This role will report to Workvivo’s Head of Marketing and lead growth marketing and sales development teams that are firmly in “build-it” mode, giving you the opportunity to make a big impact.
You will be pivotal in scaling the company from €20M to €100M in ARR in the next two years by orchestrating high-impact, scalable, and predictable growth channels. This is a leadership role that demands a data-driven, results-focused individual with a strong sales acumen, ideally from a company just a few years ahead of us. Oversees the strategy and execution of of demand generation to drive pipeline growth and accelerate revenue for the company from €20M → €100M ARR
Systematically transform high-impact initiatives into scalable, predictable growth channels
Know our growth engine like the back of your hand to analyze performance, forecast revenue, and identify areas for optimization
Steer the ship for our SDR and BDR teams, building the outbound engine plus making sure that they’re effectively qualifying inbound leads and moving them through the sales cycle
Be a leader who can build and shape an exceptional team, guiding their development, and fostering a culture of high performance and continual learning
12+ years of related experience, including 3+ years growing, building, and managing sales and marketing teams
Proven experience in building and scaling demand generation for a B2B SaaS startup
Strong sales acumen, with a sales-led GTM background
Experience in B2B SaaS, selling to enterprises
Data-driven and excellent at assessing funnel performance, revenue forecasting, and planning
Experience building enterprise growth engines through paid / outbound / ABM / events
Has grown up through demand gen with the ambition of becoming a world-class leader
Process oriented - strong at scaling initiatives into predictable growth channels
A leader with a history of building strong teams
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
