【业务介绍】
1、 Zoom的智能客服平台业务，为客服人员提供一站式协作的智能助手服务，使其高效快速解决客户问题
2、为Zoom集成第三方平台功能，如ChatGPT等AI能力，提升用户体验，丰富Zoom平台生态
3、提供纯英文业务交流的环境，与全球技术、业务精英合作达成目标

【岗位职责】
1、主导业务的需求分析、方案设计、架构设计以及编码实现
2、深入洞察和理解业务，优化和改进现有的业务架构
3、协同产品经理、设计、开发、测试等人员，推动并保障跨团队项目高质量落地
4、主动发现、分析并解决项目中的技术/业务难题，促进产品的迭代和优化

【任职要求】
1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上Java分布式开发经验
2、熟悉常见的Java框架和技术，如Spring、Springboot、MyBatis等
3、对于Java基础技术体系（包括JVM、类装载机制、多线程并发、IO、网络）有一定的掌握和应用经验
4、熟悉常用的数据库，如MySQL、Redis、MongoDB等，熟悉分布式、高并发系统的设计和开发
5、能独立解决的能力，有较强的跨团队沟通协作能力，具备良好的自我驱动力和主人翁精神

【加分项】
1、有中大型项目负责人经验者优先
2、能够将英语作为工作语言，熟悉外企工作环境和业务流程者优先
